Your Bio

My interest in photography began as a child when my father gave me his old Agfa rangefinder 35mm. After high school I attended the Center for Creative Studies in Detroit. After three semesters I went broke and became disillusioned with photography as a profession. My passion for photography never diminished however, and I have continued to make photographs for my own enjoyment, without the constraints associated with a curriculum, or a boss, or client.
My work is, perhaps a little strange, but I like weird, creepy pictures; what can I say? I do take "pretty" pictures of the landscape variety on my frequent hikes and when traveling. My Photoshop skills are still developing so there is very little computer-based manipulation other than the occasional solarization. Much of what is on this site is scanned 35mm, though I shoot exclusively digital now.
Thank you for taking the time to browse my site and I hope you enjoy the photographs.
